W82XL
SUNGYE
The W82XL series aluminum casement windows feature a multi-chamber frame design with thermal break technology, engineered for commercial construction and residential projects. These windows meet ASTM and EN performance standards for air infiltration, water resistance, and structural integrity. The system supports custom sizing and multiple glass configurations to match project-specific requirements for energy efficiency, acoustic performance, and security.
The W82XL frame uses 6063-T5 aluminum alloy extrusions with a wall thickness of 1.8mm. The frame depth measures 82mm, with a sash width of 80mm and frame width of 60.5mm. Corner joints employ mechanical crimping technology with stainless steel reinforcement brackets for structural stability.
Standard finishes include powder coating with a minimum film thickness of 60-80μm, available in over 60 RAL color options. Anodized finishes with 15-20μm film thickness are available for coastal applications. All finishes comply with AAMA 2604 standards for color retention and corrosion resistance.

The W82XL system incorporates PA66 polyamide thermal breaks to reduce heat transfer through the frame. The standard double-glazed configuration with 18mm argon-filled cavity delivers a U-factor of 0.26. For projects requiring higher energy performance, triple-glazing and low-e coating options are available to further reduce thermal transmittance.
The multi-seal design with EPDM gaskets reduces sound transmission through the window assembly. Standard configuration achieves RW 30-35dB sound reduction. For acoustic-sensitive applications such as hospitals or office buildings near transportation corridors, laminated glass with PVB interlayer can increase sound insulation to RW 40-45dB, tested per ISO 10140-2.
The W82XL casement windows achieve Class 4 water tightness and Class 6 air tightness per EN 12207/12208 standards. The multi-level drainage system with pressure equalization chambers prevents water penetration under wind-driven rain conditions. Tested at 700Pa water pressure differential per GB/T 7106.
Standard hardware includes multi-point locking systems with stainless steel lock bolts. Optional upgrades include anti-drill cylinders and reinforced strike plates meeting EN 1627 Class 2 security standards. Hinge systems are tested for 50,000 opening cycles per EN 12400.
Multiple glass configurations are available to meet project requirements:
Standard: 5mm clear float + 18A argon + 5mm clear float
Low-e option: 5mm low-e + 18A argon + 5mm clear
Laminated option: 5mm + 0.38PVB + 5mm + 12A + 5mm
Tinted and reflective glass options available
Standard hardware is supplied by SUNGYE brand with stainless steel components. Optional hardware upgrades from international brands are available for projects requiring specific specifications. Opening directions include inward and outward opening, with tilt-and-turn functionality available as an upgrade.

The maximum sash dimensions are 850mm width × 1450mm height per sash. Larger opening sizes can be achieved through multiple sash combinations in a single frame. For openings exceeding these dimensions, we recommend our W100 or W120 series window systems.
Yes. For coastal applications, we recommend marine-grade anodized finishes or fluorocarbon powder coating with enhanced corrosion resistance. Stainless steel hardware upgrades are also available to prevent saltwater corrosion. These options extend service life in high-salt atmospheric conditions.
We provide a 10-year warranty on the aluminum frame against structural defects and finish degradation under normal use. Hardware components are covered by a 5-year warranty. Glass products follow the original glass manufacturer's warranty terms. Warranty registration is required for commercial projects.
Yes. We provide detailed installation manuals with step-by-step illustrations. For large-scale commercial projects, we can dispatch technical supervisors to the project site for installation guidance and quality inspection, subject to project scale and advance arrangement.
Yes. We can provide third-party test reports from accredited laboratories, as well as product certification documents required for local building code compliance. Please specify the required standards and documentation formats when placing your inquiry.
